Erica Edmands -  Associate

Erica is an Associate of the Critical Management Group and Director of Potential Spaces Australia. Erica commenced her career as an eeo and diversity lawyer with Freehills.  She later held head of HR Roles with Comalco Smelting and Minter Ellison.  Over the last 5 years she has worked as the Associate Director of one of Australia's leading work life and diversity consultancies. 

Erica's industry specialisation includes professional services, retail, resources, and government. Erica is an accredited coach and a sought after facilitator, commentator and speaker on diversity having appeared on ABC radio and television and written many opinion pieces for major newspapers and industry journals.
