How do we work?

The Group’s philosophy is based on Critical Management principles where together with our client, we firstly deconstruct existing challenges and then co-develop customised practices that are relevant to our client’s own complex and dynamic environment. 

The Group is cautious in providing clients with ‘definite’ solutions in terms of rational management frameworks, methodologies and toolkits.  We believe that many of today’s organisational and leadership challenges will not be resolved by merely relying on such conventional practices.

We only use conventional practices as initial frameworks for further co-development and co-construction of customised practices.  Our associates then go beyond the conventional frontier by combining critical thinking and practical insights often resulting in the development and implementation of unconventional practices.
