We partner with our clients and co-design and deliver highly customised leadership programs. We also specialise in offering leadership programs around Engaged Leadership, Transformational Leadership, and Critical Leadership.

Critical Mentoring

We offer mentoring programs to Executives and Senior Managers. Our Associates are experienced and trusted advisors who take a custodian interest in the progress of their mentee. Our mentors and their mentees agree on an individually meaningful process and structure to ensure desired outcomes.

Critical Interim

We offer experienced Executives Interim Managers who are available at short notice to assume leadership responsibility during critical periods of development for your organisation. Organisations typically choose Interim Managers to fill roles that are either temporary or to fill critical staffing gaps when a permanent executive cannot be found quickly enough. Our typical interim engagement terms are between 3 to 12 months.
